| Breakfast at the Albion Inn's communal table is a memorable time where guests enjoy the stimulating company of fellow travellers. It is not uncommon to find guests talking over coffee long after their breakfast dishes have been cleared away. All of the delicious, organic meals at the Albion Inn are prepared from scratch out of the freshest ingredients. Special diets are happily accommodated; please indicate needs when booking room. Early risers will find the organic coffee bar laid out at 7:00 AM. The tea bar is available at all times. By 8:30, the organic fruit salad, fresh fruit smoothies, and fresh baked muffins or scones are on the table. Most guests choose to dine at the big, madrone wood table in the dining room, which is right off the rose garden. However, upon request, the innkeeper will be happy to serve guests at the outside garden tables, or even at a private table in the den. The hot main course is served at 9:00 AM in one single seating. Our main courses vary daily, so you may enjoy a different meal every morning of your stay. Main courses include:
All of our food is organic and freshly prepared. No GMO products or produce. No artificial ingredients, preservatives, colors. No Karo syrup, Crisco, or Canola. No pork. No beef. We grow our own tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, blueberries, melons, and herbs. |
